The starting point was the live production app. I mapped every screen, every state, every dead end — building a complete picture of what existed before proposing anything new. That audit became the shared reference point between design and development: a clear before, against which every improvement could be justified.
From the audit, I identified the highest-impact areas for redesign — focusing on user flow logic, screen hierarchy, and interaction consistency. New patterns were proposed in direct dialogue with the Head of Developer, validated against what the current architecture could actually support. No proposal without a feasibility check.

The project is currently in active wireframing phase. Interaction patterns are being translated into concrete screen layouts — defining spacing, component behaviour, and flow logic before any visual decisions are locked in. Each wireframe is reviewed with the development team to ensure technical alignment from the start.
